• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, radiating warmth and hospitality.
• Seat servers' sections in a balanced manner, following rotation whenever possible.
• Guide guests to their tables and introduce them to their designated server.
• Stay informed about table availability, both indoors and outdoors, for effective seating arrangements.
• Efficiently manage the waitlist to ensure a smooth flow of guests.
• Assist in light bussing and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Foster clear communication with other hosts, servers, and managers.
• Answer phone calls, handle carryout orders, and provide excellent service over the phone.
• Express gratitude to guests for choosing our establishment and bid them a warm farewell.
