Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Project Control Specialist to join our team in Summerville, SC.

Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

• Analyze budgets and spend plans and provide analytical data of funding and usage requirements.
• Provide Task Order financial status of expended, current funding, and future funding requirements.
• Track travel and ODC expenditures and funding requirements to ensure program modernization and maintenance requirements are met.
• Track subcontractor expenditures and funding requirements.
• Provide financial status reports to the local customer to include projections and out‑year costing data.
• Track Contractual Deliverables (CDRLs) to ensure on‑time submission and accuracy for both Prime and Subcontracts.
• Set up Task Orders/Contracts based on ROMs, RFPs, and other cost data and track all contractual financial requirements.

• Six (6) years of direct work experience with the use of advanced information technology to develop and/or integrate financial data.
• Knowledge of DoD C4
  
  ISR project financial techniques and priorities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Excel including formulas and data management/protection.
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe products.
• Knowledge of DoD standards and regulations such as FAR, DFAR, OPM requirements, and other DoD business‑related regulations.
• Project financial experience to include out‑year budgeting for programs involving OMN, FMS, OPN, SCN, and RDT&E funding sources.
• Maintenance of spending plans and projection tools.
• Understanding of funding types and limitations.
• Knowledge and experience in working on government contracts and modifications.

• Bachelor's Degree.
