Booth & Associates, LLC is a consulting engineering firm that specializes in providing a full range of engineering, surveying and project management services to the utility industry. We are looking for a qualified Project Manager to serve as a bridge between project team members, cross‑functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. The primary goal is to ensure effective communication regarding deliverables, requirements, schedules, costs, and meeting plans for our clients.

• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders.
• Assign tasks to team members and communicate expected deliverables.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Solve problems individually and as part of a team.
• Lead meetings and take detailed notes.

• Degree from a university or a project management certificate (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong business writing and excellent command of English.

• Experience in engineering or construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or supply chain management.
• Competency in Microsoft Planner Premium.
• Experience in electrical, structural, or mechanical industry.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
