We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable
** CNC Mill Machinists
** with hands-on experience operating
** Kitamura
* * and
** Fadal
* * vertical machining centers. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in precision machining, an eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts to exact specifications.
** Your Challenge:
*** Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Kitamura & Fadal) performing precision machining to tolerances within 0.001”
* Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
* Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed
* Monitor machine performance and make corrections to maintain tolerances
* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators)
* Maintain clean and organized work area
* Work collaboratively with programming and quality departments
** Your Expertise:
*** 3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines, preferably Kitamura and/or Fadal
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and G-code
* Strong understanding of machining best practices and materials
* Familiarity with conversational controls and/or Fanuc preferred
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens
* Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Security clearances and approvals**#LI-RT1
