As a Registered Nurse, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care following nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
- Perform procedures and monitor as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation in the medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and act appropriately to any unintended response.
- Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up measures.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma;
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Preferred. - 1 year applicable experience.
- Active registered nurse license in the state of practice and/or an active compact license.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
