Job Overview
Shift Managers lead weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and fellow managers to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers plan, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift. They may also be responsible for meeting shift targets and helping departments meet goals.
