Monday thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm + Possible Overtime

Pay Rate: $21-$24 DOE

Location: Aumsville, OR

Currently seeking Service Technicians with one or more of the following skills: carpentry, floor or drywall installation, drywall finishing, or drop ceiling installation, to join one of the world's largest modular building companies. This is not a short‑term position; it is a career opportunity.

• Install various types of flooring, including vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles.
• Inspect and prepare subflooring for installation; perform precise measurements and cuts to fit flooring material; ensure quality and consistency in finished flooring projects.
• Measure, cut, and install drywall panels to meet specifications; tape and mud drywall seams to achieve smooth finishes; sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for painting or other finishes; repair and patch existing drywall as needed.
• Install drop‑ceiling grids and tiles in commercial and residential settings; measure and mark ceiling dimensions to ensure accurate placement of materials; cut and fit ceiling tiles to meet specific project requirements; inspect and repair existing ceiling systems as needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace for efficiency and safety.

• Flooring installation experience preferred but not required for quick learners.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments.
• Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed.
