As a Technician, you provide emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to clients. You are hands-on with water, fire, mold remediation, biohazard, demo, and construction projects, providing the know-how and muscle to not only get things done but done right. You are flexible and assist the team when needed on multiple service lines. You contribute to successful projects in a variety of ways, such as loading or unloading materials/tools, setting up equipment for drying structures, doing vehicle maintenance, cleaning and preparing job sites, tarping roofs, or emergency board-ups.

You maintain all Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols with a safe job site. You help the team wherever and whenever needed, are willing to travel, and are available for emergency/after-hours/weekend calls. Your hard work provides reassurance to clients during their time of need, and you take pride in supporting a team that encourages your professional growth and development.

• Basic computer skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Emails)
• Ability to operate industry-specific tools and equipment
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required

• Ability to work in a busy, service-oriented team under stress to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
• Willingness to work overtime, on weekends, and respond 24/7
• Reliable attendance is essential
• May attend disaster sites and work in hazardous environments; travel may be required
