• Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely, safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and recommending the most efficient solution
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that would give them peace of mind about their pest management program
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property
• Complete all required service‑related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Be willing to work in different types of weather conditions
