Corporate Brand Project Manager

Ongoing Compensation Range: $55-65/HRWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Brand Project Manager to lead and coordinate a high-visibility brand integration initiative involving two established brands coming together.

This role will serve as a central point of coordination across senior leadership, brand and marketing teams, creative partners, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized and polished project manager who is comfortable working directly with C-suite and executive-level leaders, managing competing priorities, and keeping complex initiatives moving forward.

Note:

This is a part-time engagement of approximately 20 hours per week, with the expectation that the individual will be available for in-person meetings in the office as needed.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day project management for a complex corporate brand integration involving two brands coming together.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key decisions.

Serve as the primary project-management point of contact across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Work closely with C-suite and senior executives, preparing them for key meetings, decisions, milestones, and project updates.

Translate high-level strategic direction into clear project plans and actionable next steps.

Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, deadlines, responsibilities, and changes to scope.

Prepare concise, executive-ready status updates, presentations, project summaries, and meeting materials.

Manage multiple work streams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accountability.

Ensure decisions and action items are documented and followed through to completion.

Help establish structure and processes for a fast-moving, highly visible brand initiative.

Adapt quickly as priorities evolve and confidently manage ambiguity.

Qualifications:

7+ years of project management experience, preferably within corporate branding, marketing, creative, or a related environment.

Demonstrated experience managing high-profile, cross-functional projects involving senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.

Experience managing projects involving brand development, brand integration, rebranding, mergers, acquisitions, or organizational change is highly preferred.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior leadership.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when working with confidential or sensitive information.

Proficiency with standard project management, presentation, and collaboration tools.
