What You'll OwnYou’ll own product areas across Remedys’ clinical and operational platform, which may include:
- Provider & Clinical Workflows: Clinical task management, provider queues, patient encounters, clinical documentation, messaging, scheduling, and care-plan workflows.
- Prescribing & Pharmacy: E-prescribing, prescription management, medication configuration, pharmacy routing, fulfillment workflows, refills, and pharmacy integrations.
- Clinical Platform & EHR: Core functionality supporting patient charts, clinical notes, documentation, patient history, alerts, orders, and provider decision-making.
- Operational Workflows: Building scalable tooling for Clinical Operations and Customer Support that reduces manual work and enables teams to manage increasingly complex patient journeys.
- Billing & Subscription Workflows: Connecting treatment plans, medications, subscriptions, billing cycles, and fulfillment into coherent patient and operational experiences.
- Third-Party Integrations: Owning integrations with pharmacy networks, prescribing platforms, scheduling systems, payments, identity verification, and other healthcare infrastructure.
- Platform Expansion: Supporting the launch and migration of new brands, service lines, clinical programs, and operational teams onto a shared platform.
Own Product Strategy & Roadmap
Develop a deep understanding of the clinical and operational systems you own and define the roadmap for improving them.
Balance immediate operational needs with longer-term platform investments, identifying when to solve a problem for a specific workflow and when to build reusable capabilities that can support multiple brands and service lines.
Partner directly with providers, Clinical Operations, Customer Support, Pharmacy Operations, Legal/Compliance, and other stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
Turn ambiguous requests such as “providers are struggling with this workflow” into clearly defined product problems, requirements, and…
