The firm targets technology or technology‑enabled companies with enterprise values ranging between $20 million and $200 million that require a total investment between $10 million and $80 million. It has a portfolio of active investments and is currently expanding via its fourth fund.

It has a portfolio of active investments and is currently expanding into its fourth fund.

Egis Capital Partners is seeking a private equity investment professional. The Senior Associate will assist with all aspects of private equity investing, including investment sourcing and underwriting, market and industry research, and ad‑hoc firm operational projects. Projects may range from performing due diligence, conducting financial analysis, analyzing competitive landscapes, completing quarterly reports, creating presentations or informational materials, and drafting investment committee materials.

The Senior Associate will also support the firm’s fundraising activity. Candidates should have excellent financial modeling skills, critical thinking and writing skills, strong research and analytical skills, and well‑developed communication. The Senior Associate will support the Partners in all aspects of private equity business.

• 4–6 years of investment banking, private equity, debt financing, or consulting experience
• Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic who is comfortable operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment
• Strong intellectual curiosity and project management skills with ability to multi‑task and manage tight deadlines
• Financial modeling skills required, with strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
• Technical background in computer engineering or product design is a plus
