Overlook Medical Center is seeking a Registered Vascular Sonographer to perform high‑quality vascular exams using IAC‑accredited protocols—LE, UE venous, carotid, and PVR. The candidate will ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout procedures and collaborate with physicians and team members to support diagnostic accuracy and continuous quality improvement.

• Perform comprehensive vascular exams.
• Verify patient identity, explain procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Accurately document and report findings in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and team members.
• Maintain equipment and exam rooms per infection control standards.
• Participate in lab quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Attend required meetings, in‑services, and training sessions.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience in Epic and Change Health software preferred.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited CVT school with a focus on vascular sonography (CAAHEP accredited preferred).

• Credentialed with ARDMS or CCI.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification required.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in the field preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient focus required.
