We are seeking a Mental Health Associate (MHA) to join our treatment team. The MHA will provide continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, role modeling, and monitoring for patients ranging from preschool through geriatrics, depending on the nursing unit assigned. Units include a 28‑bed adult psych unit, a 28‑bed adult dual diagnosis unit, a 22‑bed child and adolescent unit, a 24‑bed detox unit, and a 20‑bed rehab unit.

MHA duties also include taking vital signs, conducting educational groups, and responding to codes.

This is a full‑time, day‑shift position: three days a week from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm with rotating weekends.

• B.S. in a health‑related field with one year of psychiatric experience, preferably in an inpatient setting; or two years of experience in a psychiatric setting with evidence of continuing education related to mental health.
• Psychiatric inpatient experience for adults, adolescents, and dual populations preferred.
• Must maintain CPR, First Aid, Verbal De‑escalation, and Handle with Care certifications provided by the hospital.
