Landmark Hospitality is looking for a great professional to fill our Maître D' position at The Albion Summit Hotel!

Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, owning and operating unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Stone House, the Ryland Inn, The Albion Summit, and Crave Events in New Jersey, as well as Hotel Du Village, Anzu Social, and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania. • Orchestrate service during private dining functions.
• Supervise and direct all aspects of service, catering procedures, and organization and setup of the dining rooms.
• Oversee and manage private dinners and banquets in a hands‑on capacity.
• Supervise banquet service staff, including food‑runners and bus persons.
• Meet with potential clients to provide venue information.

• Proven event management experience with an impressive portfolio of previously managed events.
• Excellent time‑management and communication skills.
• Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and catering software programs.
• Willingness to submit references from previous clients.

• Job Type: Per diem
