• Support day-to-day Legal Matter Management (ELM) and eBilling activities
• Assist in the timekeeper review and approval process in Onit
• Manage matter budget processes within Onit
• Perform first-level invoice reviews for accuracy against Outside Counsel Guidelines
• Open new matters and ensure all necessary details are captured

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a law firm or legal department
• At least 2 years of experience supporting eBilling and matter management, preferably using Onit
• Associate’s degree or equivalent certification
• Proven success operating in a global, matrix environment
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely

• Experience with technology used in a Corporate legal department, including Onit, Power
  
  BI, Tableau, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, CoPilot, and Writer
