Janitorial Manager

Responsible for day‑to‑day operation and administration to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and service standards. Oversees inspections, quality control, and inventory for the assigned commercial office building. Handles site inspections/QA, purchase orders, supplies, payroll, and other duties.

• Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at intended profit margins.
• Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
• Manage quality control monitoring and safety programs.
• Conduct service inspections.
• Increase revenue by encouraging supervisors to provide additional services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and federal/state/local rules.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and submit to central office.
• Analyze and manage financial and operational performance.
  
  Ensure payroll is accurate and submitted timely.
• Provide leadership to supervisors and lead personnel.
• Direct, appraise, reward, discipline employees, resolve complaints and handle terminations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Highly preferred:
  Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a service/customer‑oriented environment.
• Experience in cost estimating and pricing.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and present information to managers and customers.

$62,500 – $65,000 per year (USD).
