We are looking for a Junior Project Manager;
Supply Chain and New Product Introduction to join a World-Renowned Global Consumer Products, Personal Care, Cosmetics corporation.
- Lead projects transitioning into a new Supply Chain and New Product Introduction programs to deliver business results
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Manager role
- Supply Chain knowledge and experience or New Product experience in the Cosmetic / Consumer Product Industry
- Strong Analytical skills
- Creating and managing the Project Timeline, and identify key Milestones
- Leading weekly team meetings
- Communication Skills
- Works very well with cross functional team members
The chosen candidate will lead the following activities:
- Lead projects/programs within supply chain
- Adherence to overall project plan and timeline
- Lead meetings with timelines, milestones, charts on projects to insure timeline met and communication to key stakeholders and team members
- Recommend key metrics and keep projects on track
- Create PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and Process Maps as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
