The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) will manage day-to-day Amazon Retail Media priorities across the Digestive Health, Cold/Cough/Flu/Sinus, Wound Care, and Zarbee’s portfolios. This role will help bring brand strategies to life through strong retail media planning, execution, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Serve as the day-to-day Amazon Retail Media lead for assigned brands and categories.
• Translate brand strategies and business priorities into clear and actionable retail media plans.
• Partner with brand, sales, agency, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

• Support ongoing retail media planning by translating brand priorities into media strategies, campaign plans, and activation priorities.
• Coordinate media execution across key campaigns, seasonal moments, and tentpole events.

• Monitor retail media performance and business trends to identify key insights, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
• Analyze the factors driving performance across media, retail, and broader business conditions.
• Translate performance data into clear business takeaways, implications, and recommended next steps.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate business trends and implications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across brand, sales, agency, and other cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
• Experience or familiarity with Amazon, retail media, eCommerce, digital marketing, brand management, or CPG is preferred.
