Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA), Per Diem, Urology Base pay range

$58.56/hr - $103.06/hr

Responsible for working alongside physicians in a busy Urology practice offering advanced urology services. Provides general and preventative care for adults, office visits, orders lab tests, prescribes medication, and participates in hospital rounding.

• Provides new patient consultation and reviews health history.
• Performs physical examinations and screening on patients.
• Provides after‑care/ongoing care information and resources to patients and their families.
• Ensures patient records are maintained including test results, immunizations, and condition changes.
• Delivers quality, physician‑level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
• Recommends further treatment options or future appointments if required.
• Performs diagnoses of health problems and provides medications.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in Nursing or related area.
• Current state Nurse Practitioner license.

• 5 or more years of experience in Nursing or relevant area.
