Shift: 7pm‑7am, 3 days a week (36 hours). Opportunity to cover various shifts and pick up overtime. Sign‑on bonus $12,000.
Job Duties /Responsibilities- Assess and respond to medical needs of patients under the guidance of physicians.
- Conduct safety checks and implement appropriate behavioral management techniques.
- Monitor, report, and document patient behaviors and overall well‑being.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as needed under the guidance of the treatment team.
- Maintain the core values and mission of Summit Oaks Hospital.
- In‑house Psychiatric Nurse Residency Transition‑to‑Practice Orientation (Could earn 20 CEUs)

- Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.
- Minimum 1 year psychiatric nursing experience, or 2 years medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation.
- Graduate of NLN accredited program preferred.
- ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred.
- CPR certification required.
