Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive patient care across various stages of growth and development, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The role includes performing thorough assessments, delivering competent clinical skills, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic and comprehensive patient assessments.

• Deliver direct patient care while demonstrating emergency equipment and procedure competency.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in accordance with guidelines.

• Exhibit professionalism and actively identify opportunities for clinical growth.

• Foster patient satisfaction by responding courteously to patients and families.

• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and employ safe transfer techniques.

• Demonstrate knowledge regarding surgical conditions, procedures, and equipment.

• Ensure effective communication of surgical procedures and instructions to patients and families.

• Support timely completion of patient testing as part of pre-admission processes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year nursing experience.

• Current BLS certification.

• Current ACLS certification.

• Valid RN License.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
