Sample Management Clinical Studies​/Pharmaceutical

Pay: $62.12 - $64.40 / hour

• Project Description:
• Works closely with the Translational asset lead/scientists and is a partner in ensuring samples are collected and processed according to protocol.
• Acts as liaison between internal and external functions, e.g., clinical, biomarker ops, and data management.
• Immediately identifies issues and follows through remedial actions.
• Acts as an Alliance Manager and actively manages specialty vendors/CROs in ensuring timely data generation and receipt.
• Manages select smaller scale projects/work streams and drives meetings, agendas.
• Manages and communicates deadlines, risks, and escalates where appropriate.
• Manages collaborative tools used within the Team including SharePoint.
• Provides support to the immediate program management and ops team (as needed).
• Responsible for contracts and budgets where appropriate.
• Required Skills:
• Bachelor/Technical degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree a plus.
• Experience working with large inventories in Excel and Smartsheet.
• Experience working with R&D in Pharmaceuticals or Translational Medicine.
• Proven experience managing large, complex clinical studies/sample management.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.

This 12+ month position starts ASAP.
