• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
• Collaborate closely with the Luxe Life Group team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in Summit, USA
• Assist clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and market data using company CRM tools

• Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of the Summit, NJ real estate market and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
