Responsibilities
  • Attend weekly team meetings and power‑up training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
  • Assist clients in negotiating offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms.
  • Utilize Luxe Life Group’s mentorship programs and systems to enhance sales techniques and market knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Manage and update client databases and marketing materials to support business growth.
Qualifications
  • Valid real estate license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of real estate sales experience preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow with mentorship and proven systems in place.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and transactions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development offered by Luxe Life Group.
