North is seeking an experienced
** Lead Bartender
** to oversee daily bar operations and help lead our beverage program. We’re looking for someone who delivers great service, supports their team, and keeps the bar organized and running smoothly.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work behind the bar during service while also supporting restaurant opening and closing procedures, inventory, ordering, training, and team accountability.
** Responsibilities
* ** Lead daily bar operations and maintain consistent beverage and service standards.
* Work scheduled bartending shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Open and close the restaurant according to company procedures.
* Partner with management to oversee liquor, beer, and wine inventory.
* Place orders and maintain relationships with beverage vendors.
* Monitor product usage, waste, and pour costs.
* Train and coach bartenders and bar support staff.
* Set clear expectations and address performance concerns with management.
* Create a welcoming guest experience and respond professionally to guest concerns.
* Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow health, safety, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
* Collaborate with leadership on cocktail menus, seasonal specials, and beverage offerings.
** Qualifications
* ** At least three years of bar management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and service standards.
* Experience with inventory systems, ordering, and cost control.
* Ability to lead by example and keep a team focused during busy service.
* Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A professional approach and a positive, team-focused attitude.
