North Restaurants is hiring a
** Lead Bartender
** to join the opening team at our new restaurant this fall. We’re looking for an experienced bartender who can lead by example, support the bar team, and make guests feel welcome.
** What You’ll Do
*** Prepare cocktails and serve beer, wine, and spirits consistently.
* Guide the bar team during service and support training.
* Keep the bar stocked, clean, organized, and ready for service.
* Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
* Process orders and payments accurately.
* Follow responsible alcohol service procedures, including checking identification.
* Work with management and the service team to keep shifts running smoothly.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, including 1 year in a lead role or training other bartenders, preferably in an upscale, full-service restaurant.
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
* Friendly service, clear communication, and attention to detail.
* Ability to stay organized and lead during busy shifts.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
