Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now GRC Developer to design, develop, and enhance Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Service Now GRC development, scripting, and UI Builder, with the ability to develop scalable and user-friendly solutions that support enterprise risk and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, configure, and customize Service Now GRC applications and workflows.
• Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and Service Now Workspace technologies.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Leverage Claude to accelerate Service Now GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
• Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using Service Now APIs and integration frameworks.
• Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
• Follow Service Now development best practices and governance standards.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in Service Now GRC/IRM development.
• Hands-on expertise in Service Now scripting and custom application development.
• Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
• Experience using Claude for Service Now development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting
• Good understanding of Service Now platform architecture and development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Service Now APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
