A-Line Staffing is now hiring Medical Material Handlers in Summit, NJ 07901. The Medical Material Handler would be working for a Major Healthcare System and has career growth potential.

• Schedule:
  
  Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM;
  Saturday from 6:00 AM-2:00 PM (Wednesday and Sunday off)
• Pay Range: $19-22 Hourly

• Performs duties related to receiving, inventorying, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies to Medical Center departments.
• Counts incoming or outgoing items to compare identifying information against bills of lading or packing slip to input into the Materials Management system.
• Examines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify.
• Operates material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies to make deliveries.
• Delivers oxygen to nursing units.
• Responsible for unloading all inbound freight, receiving POs within the ERP system, inducting inventory, and putting away stock utilizing handling equipment such as forklifts, turret trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Additional responsibilities include receipt and preparation of cross-dock deliveries that will be sent to other facilities.
• Cross trained to work in all forward picking zones as well as in order consolidation.
• Pulling product to fulfill requisitions and prepare them for transport to medical sites.
• Assist in other areas as needed and to ensure warehouse cleanliness at all times.

• 1-2+ years of materials management experience.
• Experience utilizing handling equipment such as forklifts, turret trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Must be able to provide own transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• English:
  Speak, Read, Write.

• Healthcare materials management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
