Full‑time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 and $, including monthly 6% commission on individual gross profit from service, detail, and parts, and an additional 2% commission on service and parts when dealership customer satisfaction scores exceed the national average.

• Paid Time Off (PTO):
  All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked; following 36 months of continuous service, full‑time employees earn 40 additional hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months, 80 additional hours each anniversary year.

• Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly.
• Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines.
• Provide accurate cost and time estimates.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelines.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment.
• Deliver top‑tier customer satisfaction every single time.

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A customer‑first attitude and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a busy service drive.
• Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus.
