This full‑time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator role follows a consistent schedule of four days per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you coordinate patient treatment plans, ensuring clear and effective communication between patients and orthodontists. You assist with scheduling appointments and follow‑up visits to keep patient flow smooth and efficient, educate patients about treatment options, explain procedures, and discuss financial responsibilities so everyone feels informed and confident. You also maintain accurate patient records and documentation, stay compliant with privacy regulations, collaborate with clinical staff to create seamless patient experiences, promptly address inquiries, and support administrative tasks related to insurance verification and billing processes.

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience working in a dental office
