Molen Orthodontics is hiring full-time Orthodontic Clinicians for our Auburn, Sumner, and Enumclaw, WA locations.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour plus bonuses.

Full-time, 7 AM to 5 PM, four days each week (Mon‑Thu or Tue‑Fri).

• Assist doctors during orthodontic procedures.
• Take diagnostic records and set up treatment areas.
• Maintain sterilization standards and clinic organization.
• Perform clinical tasks such as arch wire changes and bracket verification.
• Use Dolphin software for charting and scheduling.
• Ensure a positive patient experience and seamless patient flow.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dental assistant license preferred.
