This full-time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator role follows a consistent schedule of four days per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
.

As an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you coordinate patient treatment plans, ensuring clear and effective communication between patients and orthodontists. You assist with scheduling appointments and follow-up visits to keep patient flow smooth and efficient. You educate patients about their treatment options, explain procedures, and discuss financial responsibilities, so everyone feels informed and confident. Also, you maintain accurate patient records and documentation, always staying compliant with privacy regulations.

Your collaboration with clinical staff creates seamless and satisfying experiences for patients. Additionally, you promptly address patient inquiries and concerns to enhance service quality and support administrative tasks related to insurance verification and billing processes.

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience working in a dental office
