DaVita Kidney Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support patients with end‑stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct, hands‑on care, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Base pay range: $20.50/hr – $32.00/hr patient Care Technician ICHD Experienced: $23.00 – $30.25/hr.
