Assistant Manager

Position pays $17 – $27 an hour with bonus opportunities. Paid Sick Leave per Washington State law. Full‑time employees receive employer‑sponsored medical benefits, paid vacation, and employee discounts.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and perform daily maintenance.
• Participate in orientation and on‑the‑job training.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; calculator may be used.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Exposures include varying weather (outside tasks), temperature ranges from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ in some areas, fumes, dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces and sharp edges. Tasks are predominantly standing, walking, and occasional sitting. Manual handling includes lifting products up to 50 lb, carrying trays, pushing dollies, and climbing stairs.

Delivery responsibilities (if applicable) require a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle. Navigational skills are necessary for delivering to houses, apartments, and commercial sites.
