- Lead and manage operations for account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the Company’s standards
- Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow‑up on all pending matters with the manager as well as client as needed
- Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints and to elevate issues as the need arises
- Provide excellent service and responsiveness to client
- Monitor the financial aspects of the assigned account (purchasing, budget preparation and review, reporting and expenses).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
- This job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location
- High school diploma or GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum five years of related experience required
- Minimum four years of industry experience required
- Minimum three years of supervisory experience required
- Professional certification may be required in some areas.
Washington State required disclosure:
Salary range for this position is between USD $64,000 and $100,000 per annum.
