** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Coordinate plant maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment.
* Support and develop team members through coaching and training.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational goals.
