• Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate plant maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment.

This role operates in a fast‑paced, outdoor industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions, heavy machinery, and construction materials. Safety equipment and protocols are strictly enforced.
