Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment, while meeting productivity requirements and maintaining KDP's high standards in safety and quality.

Thursday Friday Saturday, alt Wednesday 5:00 pm

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems on K cup manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities on control systems, servo drives, motors,
- Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring technical expertise
- Review documentation for maintenance activity using the maintenance database, and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system.
- Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain equipment in optimum operating condition
- Assist in day-to-day support of operators for adjustments, setups, and change overs
- Assist other maintenance technicians as required
- Will assist in the training and coaching others on best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures
- Maintain safe, clean, & well-organized work areas
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
- Pay starting at $34.31 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $36.06 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
- Average Shift Premium for N2: $1.94/hr

- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand repair instructions, prints, flowchart, and schematics
- Experience using e-mail, component maintenance manuals, and illustrated parts lists
- Packaging experience is preferred
