Purpose

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Spray Technician to join our high-performing Finish Room team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and have experience using spray guns to apply high-quality painted finishes to cabinet components. You’ll play a critical role in delivering consistent, flawless finishes that meet Bellmont’s high standards for quality and appearance.

What

You’ll Do
  • Apply paint finishes to cabinet components using industry-standard equipment.
  • Match colors to master samples and ensure consistent tone, clarity, and smoothness with each batch.
  • Inspect parts for quality, identifying any surface or coating defects and determining appropriate repair or rework steps.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to support production flow and maintain high finish quality.
  • Maintain your equipment, spray booth, and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
  • Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
