Who You Are

You’re a motivated Sawyer with a solid foundation in saw operation and CNC machining, looking to join a high-performing team where your skills are valued and your career can grow. You take pride in producing precise, consistent cuts, enjoy hands‑on work, and thrive in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment. You’re not just looking for another job—you want to be part of a company where craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of the culture.

What

You’ll Do
  • Feed material into the saw to accurately cut custom cabinet components.
  • Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and cutting quality.
  • Inspect for quality, identifying any defects or issues and determining appropriate corrective actions.
  • Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.

  • Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.

  • A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
