As a Service Technician, you’ll be the heart of our mission— helping customers diagnose, repair, and restore heavy-duty equipment. Your work will include:

• Diagnosing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks, equipment, and components
• Collaborating with customers and vendors to provide top-tier solutions
• Performing both in-house and field repairs

Ask yourself these questions— If you answer "YES!", then we want to hear from you!

• Do you have 3-5 years' experience working with heavy equipment
  ?
• Do you have experience working on aerial and telehandler equipment
  ?
• Are you skilled in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and basic hydraulic principles
  ?
• Are you able to work independently with minimal or no guidance, while also collaborating in a team environment?
• Are you able to read assembly manuals
  , drawings, and schematics?
• Do you have a valid driver's license?
• Are you in good physical condition (the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 consecutive hours)?
• Do you have the ability to communicate well with customers and have a strong sense of urgency?
