This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

Job Details:

$0.39 - $0.50 per mile

Detention pay: $22-$27 per hour

Drop and hook pay: $32 per stop

Live load/unload: $58 per stop

Hazmat pay: $25 per load

Refrigerated: $30 per load

Border crossing event pay: $28 per load

Crosstown pay: $15 per move

Driver assist event: $15 per load

Empty moves: $20 per move

Empty search: $22 per hour

Equipment cleaning: $10 per hour

Mechanical breakdown pay: $22 per hour

Rail delay pay: $22 per hour

Refused delivery: $32 per stop

Truck order not used: $20 per event

Waiting on truck: $22 per hour

Yard checks: $22 per hour

Compliance training:

$22 per hour

Safety training pay per hour: $20

New hire training pay: $20 per hour

Holiday pay:

$230 per day

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $72,000
