• Promote a positive public image in the community and embody the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values.
• Drive branch business development to deliver strong team and individual performance in Small Business, Mass Affluent, Community Heroes, and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Increase branch revenue through Small Business development and new client strategies; grow expertise via face‑to‑face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
• Participate in civic, governmental, professional, business, and community associations to prospect and develop new business.
• Lead, grow, coach, and motivate the team to fulfill the Purpose, Mission, and Values for client financial success and team empowerment.
• Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics, and to complete all required training.
• Make human‑capital decisions: interviewing, selection, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling, including disciplinary actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Two years of financial services experience and consumer/small‑business expertise (or equivalent).
• One year of branch leadership or management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, sales, relationship‑building, and prioritization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and coach others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• Graduate of an Internal Leadership Development Program.
