About The PositionWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated general practice dentist to build long‑lasting relationships with patients. You will have clinical autonomy and receive mentoring, guidance, and benefits that prioritize clinical quality and career growth.
What We’ll Like About You- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school
- Current South Carolina license or eligible upon graduation
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Previous experience in clinical or private practice
- Excellent chairside manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- First‑year employment guarantee of $205,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production
- Second‑year earning of 31% of adjusted production
- Sign‑on bonus of $20,000
- Eligibility for Pathway to Partnership
- Annual CE budget of $2,500 and an extensive in‑house CE program
- Full medical and benefits package
- Licensure and DEA expenses covered
- Malpractice insurance covered
- ADA and state dues, as well as AAP dues, covered
- Mentorship program
- Internal programs covering multiple specialties and subjects
