The Student Pastor is primarily responsible for the evangelism and discipleship of our students, equipping our students to be faithful disciples of Christ and use the gifts God has blessed them with to make disciples and follow Christ wherever He calls them.
Overall ResponsibilityAs a member of our pastoral team, the student pastor will help our church reach and equip disciples of Christ in middle and high school. The student pastor will be rooted in building relationships and making disciples, while also recognizing parents as the primary disciple rs of their students, and equip them toward that calling as parents. The student pastor will be active in creating a gospel culture in our student ministry through teaching, discipleship, and fellowship.
