Onsite Night Guest Attendant – Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. – Wood Spring Suites, Sumter, SC

Salary: $40,000–$44,000 per year. Position is full‑time.

About the Role

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional, and problem‑solving Onsite Night Guest Attendant. In this highly visible customer service role, you will be the face of our property and the first point of contact for guests. This position lives onsite and works evening shifts, typically overnight on call to oversee the property after hours.

Primary Duties
  • Conduct regular property inspections throughout the night to ensure safety and security.
  • Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after‑hours, providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns.
  • Complete all laundry responsibilities – washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; maintain a clean laundry area.
  • Perform cleaning tasks as needed (vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing public areas), ensure supplies are stocked, and prepare rooms as required.
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs of the property and guests are met.
  • Be on call overnight for after‑hours guest needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive in solving problems.
Physical Requirements
  • Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
