Compucom Staffing client seeks a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join on-site in Sumter, SC and provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and site infrastructure.
You will be the primary local technical resource, delivering deskside support, troubleshooting Windows 10/11, and providing Microsoft 365 assistance. VIP support may be required, with an emphasis on strong customer service and multitasking in a manufacturing environment.
