• Instrumental in new equipment installation and designing process procedures
• Create work instructions and implement standardizations into the manufacturing process
• Perform root cause analysis to identify problems, develop permanent solutions, and implement corrective actions
• Apply Lean Manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  
  Develop metrics and KIP to track production goals
• Design process flow and develop line layouts / work-station set-up for maximum output, safety, quality, and ergonomics
• Identify areas of improvement and lead continuous improvement projects to upgrade metrics
• Perform time studies and develop production trials to determine production capabilities and identify areas of improvements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Manufacturing experience
• Experience optimizing manufacturing processes
