Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location:
Sumter, SC
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Sumter, SC, is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their team. If you have the required experience, we encourage you to apply!
Job Summary- Low to Mid $30 hourly range
- Direct Hire
- 7pm-7am shift (2 days on, 3 days off)
- Will train on days from 7am-4pm
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machines
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment
- Install and maintain production equipment, including emergency/unscheduled repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair control devices and motors (110 V AC – 4160 V AC)
- Troubleshoot, program, and repair PLCs
- AAS Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance OR 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and HS Diploma/GED
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
- Understanding of PLCs
- Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring devices
- Accurate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and computer skills
